Before an order travels

The delivery choices, destination eligibility, charges, and any free-shipping qualification appear at checkout. Please enter a complete destination and check its details; carrier or item restrictions can affect availability.

Preparation and carrier time

Following successful payment authorization, we generally prepare an order in 1–2 business days. After dispatch, carrier transit is estimated at 4–6 business days. The two stages are separate, weekends and applicable holidays are excluded, and an arrival date is not guaranteed.

Tracking or a delivery concern

We share tracking with the checkout email when supplied by the carrier. A delayed, missing, damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly marked-delivered package should be reported to kunthurujayaram@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, any tracking code, and helpful photos. We will review what happened with the carrier.
