We strive for accurate Zojirushi product information, while packaging, color, screens, and availability may differ. Placing an order offers to purchase; stock, address, pricing mistakes, payment, fraud review, law, or policy may require refusal or cancellation. Checkout presents U.S.-dollar prices, taxes, and delivery charges.

Delivery and after-sale rights

Carrier and destination conditions affect delivery. Under the Refund Policy, eligible new products with or without defects may be returned or exchanged when requested within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to approval before mailing, the free prepaid label enclosed in the package, no restocking fee, and initiation of approved refunds within 10 days. Non-waivable consumer rights remain available.
